Practical Guide to Fundraising for Nonprofits and Journalists

You have a story to tell but need the funding to tell it, and you’re unsure how to begin. This session can begin to demystify the fundraising world. Participants will walk away with resources, searchable databases of donors, and additional contacts to further their fundraising journey.

CCIJ is pleased to have Jabari Development Institute Co-Founder and Director Simonia Mashangoane, and Donor Liaison (and former CCIJ Development Director) Juliana Thornton from Wits Journalism in South Africa lead this informative and practical session.
